ok well i haven't cheered for 8 years and i started back yesterday.

i actually learned how to do a back handspring with a spot in less than 2 hours!

i was so ecstatic! but i am realllllyyyy sore

so does anyone have any exercises to make my arms stronger so i can do a backbend kickover like any specific foods to help me be healthy or ANY tips at all that will help me .

i just started im not very good so i need basics to like show me how to do a split etc.
