Cheer Classes are available

at the Aces Gym.

 

Cheer classes last for around 90 minutes and take place 2 nights a week. During these sessions we will concentrate on the following skills :

 

  • Jumps  -   Toe touch,  pike,  hurdler  &  combinations
  • Stunts   -  Basic techniques for bases, back spots and front spots.
  • Flying   -   Basic techniques,  body positions – heel stretch – arabesque – scorpion – scale
  • Motions -  basic motions – correct  positioning, combinations
  • Tumbling – Back handspring,  round off,  back tuck,  punch front, front and back walk overs.

 

Sessions will begin with stretching and warm up time.

Sessions will end with a period of conditioning.
