Tumbling Classes are available.

 

Tumbling classes last for one hour.

Available Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday.

Classes are open to all ages and abilities and drills.

 

Classes will include the following elements according to ability:

 

  • Warm up – Classes will start with warm up stretches.
  • Basic gymnastic elements will be included.
  • Hand stand, cart  wheel, front walkover, back walkover.
  • Standing skills – Back handspring, back tuck.
  • Running skills – Round off, back handspring, back tuck, layout, full.
  • Classes will end with a short period of conditioning.
