Tumbling Classes
Tumbling Classes are available.
Tumbling classes last for one hour.
Available Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday.
Classes are open to all ages and abilities and drills.
Classes will include the following elements according to ability:
- Warm up – Classes will start with warm up stretches.
- Basic gymnastic elements will be included.
- Hand stand, cart wheel, front walkover, back walkover.
- Standing skills – Back handspring, back tuck.
- Running skills – Round off, back handspring, back tuck, layout, full.
- Classes will end with a short period of conditioning.
